SurveyUSA polled all 50 states [1] on Bush's job approval ratings, and the results are stunning: Bush's favorable ratings exceed 50% in just 6 states (Utah, Idaho, Alabama, Wyoming, Nebraska, and Oklahoma). That's just 21 out of 435 Congressional districts. Bush has plurality support in just 4 more (Montana, Alaska, Kansas, and Texas). Taken together, 40 of the 50 states would be happier without Bush in the White House. Is there any good reason why Congress hasn't begun impeachment proceedings yet?

As a footnote, there must be a reason why Rhode Island is the Bush-hating capital of America. Is it because of Carl Sheeler's highway billboards [2]?
